After spending my afternoon scanning through the mass of pricey products on the shelf of Boots, I was determined on buying the lotion that guaranteed me a perfectly natural summers tan, which consequently guaranteed me my empty purse. I am a self confessed beauty addict, so ill admit to feeling slightly eager to try it out, even though I knew the only reason I had even considered buying this product was because of the gorgeous girl advertising it. Modelling her faultless glowing image, obviously airbrushed, edited and modified. After plodding around like a robot all night, having to cancel my plans and stay well away from anything white I wondered whether it would all be worth it in the end if I could maybe look a little like the girl flaunting her flawlessly fabulous skin. After an awkward night of discomfort, I glared at myself in the mirror at my streaky bacon skin. I felt disgusted by the way I could have distorted my body into a mass of orange mesh, but laughably stared at the way I had paid good money to tango my own body.
