Profiling How many times have you seen a Muslim Arab male at the airport and for a brief moment thought of them as a threat? Everyone has because they are associated with terrorism. Its not anyones fault and they shouldnt feel guilty. The fact is that the threat to national security is that of an Islamic Arab male. Racial profiling is a step in the right direction for the safety United States. Airport security and US border security should use racial profiling to protect the citizens of this country from the real threat. Racial profiling at airport security will make America safer. Random searches at airport security only make people feel safer, when in reality, they are making the country more vulnerable to future attacks. Is searching an 80 year old Irish nun actually making anyone safer? The answer is absolutely not. She is obviously not a threat to take over an airplane.
