Abstract
Ever have a conversation or sit in a lecture and hear everything someone says but when you walk out later you do not remember what was said? Why, you may ask, would someone not remember what has been said when they heard every word spoken previously? The reason people dont remember what theyve heard is because they lack listening skills and concentration. When someone is listening to someone speak they should be actively listening and concentrating on what is being said.
