A Trip to the Emerald Isle of Ireland Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report
My wife and I took a trip to Ireland this summer, during the last week of August.
Ireland is a beautiful country with a rich history. We stayed for an entire week and saw many
Wonderful sites. We visited many historical landmarks including,Bunratty Castle The Rock of
Cashel, We also spent time at the majestic Cliffs of Moher and driving around the spectacular
Ring of Kerry. Even the resort we stayed at, the Adare Manor was tremendously impressive.
Not only was the Manor house a remarkable sight, but the pristine resort grounds, with the River
Maigue gently flowing though the tree lined golf course set peaceful tone that was almost
ethereal. We had rented a car to travel around the countryside. The driving took sometime
getting used to. Driving on the opposite side of the road, and sitting on the other side of the
car, was awkward to say the lest, however by the end of the first day there, I was starting to get
the hang of it
