This paper will describe the situation of the perceptual maps simulation and summarize the different marketing components addressed in the simulation by explaining the relationship between differentiations and positioning of products or services and was my expectation of the repositioning met. The motorcycle industry is growing annually, but sales of Thorr Motorcycles existing product Cruiser Thorr, a 1500c power cruiser priced at $25,000, are decreasing. The reason for the decrease is because the target customers, which are in the age group of 35 to 50 years, are growing older and are no longer interested in the lifestyle that Cruiser Thorr symbolizes.
