Problem Statement
Faced with a seventeen percent decrease in funding from OHIP, and to obtain eligibility of a restructuring credit offered by The Ontario Ministry of Health, Medictest has to reduce their costs beyond industry standards, of their large subsidiary in Sarnia. To meet these obligations, it will require the dismissal of five long-term supervisors as well as the integration of an entirely new organizational structure.
