Introduction Why the virtual is yet successful in taking the position of physical store? The greater turnover and low initial investment leads to price advantage over traditional channels. Expanding coverage of internet allows spreading of products without great investments in distribution system. Despite these advantages traditional channel still prevails, dominating a large part of sales. Reasons of why there are still physical stores around include the lack of internet facilities in some areas or the cost/benefit balance of delivery of a certain kinds of products, etc. On the other hand the reader may raise a question to himself why I am buying stuffs at a supermarket or a store but not online?
