How I learned to read Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

Before Primary school, I learned how to read and understood the concept of writing. My mother would read to me when I was in her womb before my birth. Although reading and writing has been more positive than negative experience it came with several obstacles and setbacks. My family, role models and I wouldn’t allow myself fall victim to being illiterate. In time I searched and found pleasurable motivation to keep me interested in literacy, making mother and me proud. Joyce Anne, my mother, would read songbooks to me before and after I was born. Being that I was spoiled and always wanted to be held I would commence to cry or go into a tantrum so that I could be read at bedtime. The ABC’s song was my favorite song to sing and my mother showed me that the songs she sung to me came from my nursery rhymes book. Upon finding this out I would ask anybody I met how to spell almost everything I saw. After a while they began to always ask me how to spell things such as whatever color I wore or anything I ate and would correct me if I made a mistake. Si......
