Ethics are rules of conduct governing a particular class of human actions or a particular group or culture (Stein, 1983, p. 453). These principles are concerned with doing what is right or wrong and limited by personal understanding and criteria. In business, ethics refer to the moral principle and standards that govern behavior in the business world (Bateman and Snell, 2007, p. 151). The responsibility of any organization is to instill beliefs and develop philosophies about what is right in accordance with the welfare and behaviors of the employees.
