Does this sound insane and outrageous? It should. There would probably be less Dr.s if this were to happen. Unfortunately, this is what is happening to teachers in America. Teachers are key source in improving society and help our great nation function well. Teachers give the gift of knowledge to students. They put a lot of effort, energy, and time into educating each student. Without teachers where would America be? There would be no scientists or lawyers, no Doctors or judges, and no education in this country. Despite the great things teachers do for this country, they are underpaid and unacknowledged for what great roles they play in society.
