Job satisfaction is defined by the Free Management Library as one's feeling or state of mind regarding the nature of their work. Job satisfaction is an issue that all organizations have to deal with and also is a symptom of employee turn over, job performance, and the culture of the organization. Job satisfaction includes what motivates individuals, what makes individuals increase job performance, personal goals, and relationships inside the organization. The question for this paper is what makes me satisfied with my job, what motivates me to produce, and what does it take to keep me satisfied with my job. However, the end question is am I satisfied with my job, which can lead to the ultimate question, is anyone ever one hundred percent satisfied with their job? There were many theories developed on what motivates employees and increase job satisfaction. However, one theory became most used and noted.
