This is evident through statistical terms, as women are the largest disadvantaged group in Australian society today. Good morning Ms Carpenter and fellow classmates, today I will be evaluating the woman's status under the law, the mechanisms used for achieving justice for women, and the responsiveness of the legal system. Beneath these headings is the criteria I will be using to base my evaluations on.
