The afternoon sunlight was beginning to gleam through the glass window. Leron, an Israeli business proprietor pensively gazed into it with awe. He had become a lot more appreciative of life's simple pleasures in his old age. Stroking his silvery flowing beard, he pondered upon life after death.
Startled, Leron awoke from his muse as Kuti, a good friend of his entered his shop. Welcoming him with open arms, they chatted like teenage girls for hours. Leron's mind however, was preoccupied elsewhere. Business had been slow since the opening of Fernando's Hair Fair across the street. Leron and Kuti watched with disgust, Fernando admiring himself through the reflection of the shop window. "What a poof!" Leron remarked in jealousy, "I am old and I work hard to make a living, and then this piece of Palestinian shit comes along to take all my customers! I deserve some respect!"
Living in the small dank apartment above his shop, Leron and his daughters Golda, Reuven and son-in-laws Amir and Caleb sat at the dinner table later that night. They were anticipating the arrival of Cydni, Lero......
