Academic Questions 1. Imaginary dialogue using directive informational approach A supervisor told a teacher that class lateness is a big academic issue in the school. She pointed out that it was in record that most of the students who were known for late comings were also weak academically and therefore performed poorly at last. She therefore told the teacher that it was important to control such a behavior. The teacher then agreed with the supervisor that she had also stared noticing the same. The teacher suggests that extra work be given to students who would be found attending classes at wrong time or are found to be late to attend classes. The supervisor then agreed to the idea but also suggested that some that are found doing the same even after extra work has been given to get a small punishment such as sweeping the school compound. The supervisor then asked the teacher what she thought about the punishments issue and whether it is bound to have any resistance from the parents. The supervisor then asked the teacher to adapt the first suggestion for first time late comers and......
