I am Writing this paper, because I am going to tell you what my beliefs are for children, and good learning environments. I believe the purpose of education, is to help children learn and grow as an individual. Not by just arithmetic's, but by the basics in life. To children teachers and role models play the biggest part in their lives, even more so then there parents. Education is to show teach children new and interesting things that need to be taught. Education is the most important thing in life!
My role to my students, family, community, and colleagues are very positive. I work for the YMCA after school day care, and they are all about making sure that we feed the homeless, we have a olds peoples program, and make sure we donate our pleasure with them. My goal is to make people productive. We always of site cleanups and help whomever is in need for help! I think that is one of the most wonderful feelings having children look up to you, making sure the homeless is fed, and just knowing that I made someone's day!
I believe that children learn best when they feel heal......
