All George Washington Carver wanted was to be educated and he was determined to find knowledge in whatever adventure he set forth on. George Washington Carver was born a slave in Diamond Grove, Missouri in 1864. He lived on a farm with his mother and siblings that belonged to Moses and Susan Carver.
