Creating a Plan for Positive Influence A positive influence plan can be created to assist in building motivation, satisfaction and performance in employees. Integrating quarterly or semi-annual team building sessions, conducting annual employee surveys, providing compensation for good behavior or achievements, and giving quarterly employee reviews are good positive influence plans if it is executed properly. Different personalities in the work place can also affect job motivation, satisfaction and performance. We grew closer as a team because we understood the different forms in which we express our ideas and thoughts. Giving a personality assessment for the team would be beneficial in the long run for everyone but must be done constantly since it changes over time.
