I read the book AND THEN THERE WERE NONE by Agatha Christie. It is a classic mystery type of book. Ten people invited as weekend guests to a private island for a weekend party. The host, a millionaire that is unknown to them all. However, each has been marked for murder. One by one they all fall prey. None will live through the weekend. It is a very interesting book as to who did it, and why.
I liked how the author thought of a good idea on why the murderer would want to kill all of the people. The serial killer describes it as, "a way to bring justice to those untouchable by law" It touches on interesting part of law. Some criminals commit crimes and get away with it because of little evidence and a reasonably good alibi. For example, the case of O.J. Simpson and how it was believed he killed his girlfriend or wife (I can't remember which) and that he got away with it. Going into the whole story with more depth brings up another part of law called, "Double Jeopardy" but i won't get into that. In the book the killer says that they wanted it to be a "fantastic murder" I call it......
