I am writing about Wal-Mart's ethical issues overseas with hiring underage workers to make their products. In a report I read Wal-mart has a problem with a lack of commitment to international hired workers rights. The workers work in unsafe conditions, 12 to 18 hours a day seven days a week. The unethical behavior of Wal-Mart will be discussed in this essay, and I am sure the readers will find it as repulsive as I did. Evident Ethical Issues The evident ethical issues with Wal-Mart are: underage workers, poor working conditions, no days off, and the pay is just so unreal. First of all, the factories that Wal-Mart has is called sweat shops because of the age of children (that is right I said children) that work there. One of these sweat shops are located in Lungcheong, China where the children make small children toys for Wal-Mart to sell here in the United States.
