Management is the process of working with people and resources to accomplish organizational goals (T.S. Bateman and S.A. Snell, 2009). A successful manager is one the leads its enterprise to a specific objective by the use of all means available for accomplishing by known procedures, guidelines, and resources accessible. In order for a manager to succeed four functions are necessary. These four functions are known as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Each of these functions assists a manager to aide in his managerial role. Therefore, it is vital to follow these steps to achieve success anticipated for plans of an organization. Planning is the first function; this function is specifies the goals to be achieved, and deciding in advance the appropriate actions needed to achieve those goals (T.S. Bateman and S.A. Snell, 2009). The key is to set a goal, plan and task that will benefit.
