Uncorked Everybody knows that pursuing dreams and finding happiness have more importance than money; everybody, except Ross. Ross is a hard headed character that is more focused on making "fast money" than himself and his family. His intentions shone pure, but his heart was in the wrong place. In John Huddles' Uncorked, Uncle Cullen portrays himself as his nephew's nemesis, but in reality his intentions prove to save Ross from himself. The manganese mine, to everybody except Ross, seemed of no importance. It stood unleveled with a plethora of wild plants and dirt walls surrounding it. Ross's abortive attempts to buy the mines pushed him to make the decision to sell all of his wine to Mr. Tang, a Japanese wine purchaser, to reach his objective. One morning, to Ross's dismay, Uncle Cullen floated among what remained from Ross's eradicated wine. Cullen popped every bottle open to teach Ross a lesson. This gave Cullen success because Ross then had to resort to other options as to how to afford the Manganese. Cullen's intent pertained to helping Ross figure out his faults on his own ac......
