Walking in the door I met Ms. Jennifer Carter. Automatically I got a great impression of her. She was very well dressed and had a very pleasant demeanor to her. She explained to me that this class had special needs children who are of Pre-K age. Explaining the dynamics of the class to me, I can tell that she is very detail oriented and "seasoned".
Looking around the classroom, the first thing I noticed were all of the bright colors. The room just had a very fun atmosphere, one with tons of energy. There were toys galore, especially for recess time with many Barbie bikes and other toy vehicles. The other thing that impressed me greatly was the amount of educational posters and aides on the walls. Most of which had pretty advanced vocabulary. They had many charts for the days of the week, numbers, letters, emotions, and holidays.
