Comparison of the book Nights in Rodanthe to the movie Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

Nights in Rodanthe is a story about a woman named Adrienne Willis who flees to a small coastal town of Rodanthe in North Carolina. Adrienne has had to deal with her husband leaving her and while the kids are at his house, Adrienne goes to Rodanthe to tend to her friends inn. She goes here in hope to have some time to rethink her life. While she is there a guest named Dr. Paul Flanner arrives. He had just sold his medical practice and everything he owned so he could start over and rethink his life as well. These two people find comfort in each other in one weekend and will find a love greater than they've ever known. This well known book has been turned into a movie that is loved by many people. But if people have watched the movie and read the book they will have noticed many differences between the two. There are over a dozen differences between the two. Some of them that stood out to me were in the movie; it starts off with the main part of the story, not when she's older.
