Running is one of the easiest ways to stay in shape. Besides making you feel good, running can also have other benefits, like improving bone health, heart health, coordination and it promotes weight loss by helping you burn calories. The very first thing you should when beginning a running routine is, buying the right pair of running shoes. If you don't have a good quality pair of shoes it could cause you to injure yourself. Always remember to wear reflective clothing when running at night and running facing traffic so that drivers are aware of you. You should also wear sunscreen if you are running outdoors It is best to run on dirt (like a trail) or asphalt rather than concrete because it is easier on your body. But you can also run on a treadmill indoors and have the same effect. Beginners should start with alternated between walking and running. Maybe walking three minutes and running for two, repeating and lengthening the process until running becomes the main focus.
