To Kill a Mockingbird Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

Prejudice is one of the many things in this world that can not be terminated. This was the case in Maycomb. Prejudice was an ongoing subject in Maycomb. The author of To Kill a Mockingbird is Harper Lee. Harper Lee has written a lovely novel about the Finch family that lives in a world of discrimination in Maycomb,Alabama around the 1930's. Among the many people that were discriminated in Maycomb were Atticus,Tom Robinson,and Boo Radley,with the resulting injuries to their souls and their bodies being fatal,or nearly fatal. The town mistakingly sees Atticus as a traiter to thye white race, and their persistent prejudice eventualloy puts Atticus's children at risk. The people of Maycomb are racist and due to that fact,his life and the life of his children are put in jeopardy. An example of this would be when there is a mob in front of Atticus's house ready to do their worst(206). The mob was assembled by virtue of Atticus's willingness to percevere and defend Tom. Atticus is a wonderful man who is prejudice and undeserving of the action......
