As being a heterosexual, I have always been curious about the daily struggles and prejudices the homosexuals face in our society. This paper assignment gave me an opportunity to become more knowledgeable on this issue. I met Mona, 23 year old girl, who is homosexual. Mona is a well educated and a successful young lady with a promising future. First, I was hesitating to ask her about my paper and asking her for an interview. I know that people with different sexual orientation are more reluctant to disclose their personal inner feelings to people. When I told her that my paper will not pass any judgment on your sexual orientation instead it will be awareness about lesbian life.
