Dramatic Critique on To Kill A Mockingbird Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

The movie To Kill A Mockingbird is a film adaptation of the book of the same name. This movie has been shown to students in schools all across America since the 1960s, and has been used as a valuable learning tool by many teachers. It is an intense drama about a lawyer and his two children during the 1930s depression era. Also, it is about making the right decisions, despite how unpopular they may be. Many elements of this story can still be relevant to today's culture, and can be applied to everyday life. The themes that I can identify in this drama involve the relationship of the primary character, Atticus Finch, with his children, the relationship of Atticus Finch with the black community, and the relationship of Atticus' daughter, scout, and Boo Radley. Atticus Finch taught his children good moral values through leading by example. Atticus had to raise his children on his own since their mother had passed away. He showed them how to act and how to behave properly. One thing Atticus showed his children was how to respect your elders. The children would run past Mrs. Dubose, b......
