The Endurance is the third and the most renowned expedition by Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton. Through the fundraising gathered by Shackleton, this expedition started early in 1914 well financed. Furthermore, Shacleton who was recognized as a proficient explorer took attention to more than hundreds of applicants interested in "The Endurance" expedition. In order to make this expedition work, Shackleton believed that characteristic and temperament are as crucial as their ability. Thus, after all the interviews, he selected twenty-seven men to join this expedition. One of them is Frank Wild, a loyal and polar expeditor experienced, who was in charge as a second-in-command during this expedition. Besides Shackleton and Wild, Henry McNish, Frank Worsley, along with Tom Crean are the men I admired professionally and personally.
