Since the dawn of time, women have been traditionally described as the weaker sex, for they are expected to stay at home and take care of the children. On the other hand, men have always pride themselves as breadwinners of the family. However, with the opening up of more work opportunities for women, this stereotypical view has been displaced; women are fast gaining an equal foothold as men in the corporate world.
