Organizational change is a reality or inevitable in every organization. Some changes are planned and some are unplanned. An example of a planned change is a developmental change of an organization. This is a natural growth of an organization, which can occur for many reasons such as to meet customer demands. In addition, this developmental stage of an organization is necessary to stay competitive in the market space. This change or growth can be likened to a growth of a child into adulthood (D.
