Needs Assessment
Training assessment needs are performed at Starbucks to identify issues as what is being performed, and what is currently needed to enhance the development or performance now. Surveys were given to the baristas, customers, and managers at different Starbuck locations. Employee's stated that there is a need for access to training and store manuals, recipe cards, corporate managers, and store managers. Store managers are responsible for training baristas, maintaining the inventory supply and equipment whereas corporate managers need to maintain corporate standards and resolve issues.
