Sudden Infant Death is the unexpected death of sleeping infants who appear to be health. The cause of death is still unknown after an autopsy procedure, crime scene investigation and search of medical history of the infant and family. To discover the infant is dead, the parent checks on the supposedly sleeping infant to find their baby unresponsive. Increased temperature and carbon dioxide rebreathing can cause sudden death; prevent covering up the face of the infant. Some parents blame themselves and others around them. From there on, their lives have been completely changed for a lifetime.
