This simulation was very interesting and helpful in understand the way the operating systems work. Throughout the simulation were several ideas that assisted in making the best decisions for the organization. These decisions were helpful in saving money and making profitable margins for the company. They key to success is being able to make the right decisions.
During the pizza store simulation it was clear that some changes clearly needed to be made. One of the major decisions was to increase the staffing levels to adequately service the tables at the store. This would also assist in the long wait times at the restaurant. When customers have to wait they receive and unpleasant experience and they will not come back.
