It is very intriguing to know about the constant battles between different entities such as Croatians, Serbians, Bosnians, and many more. The road leading towards the collapse of Yugoslavia consisted of many leaders and presidents. The wars between these different groups of people were not present due to ethnic groups' hatred for their neighbors of different ethnicities, but because of the competing nationalisms who got in the way of each other because of structural problems in the way the unified state was constructed.
From the years nineteen forty-five to nineteen eighty Yugoslavia was dictated by a man named Tito. Tito's objective was to keep together a unified nation consisting of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia. If the people from these origins remained constant to his vision of a unified nation known as Yugoslavia, they then in return would be allowed to roam freely.
