On a very distant planet in a faraway galaxy, there is an immense empire called Dawnstar. It's orbited by two other planets and six moons. For millenniums, humans existed as unintelligent and simplistic beings. Now, in the 3052nd year after recorded creation, not much has changed since the beginning. For some, mere existence seemed completely hopeless... especially for the peasant-born Dragnar.
Dragnar was a poor, unknown villager, living his life as all underclassmen should in his society. Then he decided to commit a crime punishable by death, conversing with the king's thane. Now he is in line for execution. After watching his comrade--who happened to be a thief--get his head severed off by a single man with a battle axe, his entire body began to tremble. Escorted by a Dawnstar guard, he was walking with his final footsteps toward the executioner. As he stared into eyes of his fate, he dropped to his knees, and laid his head in a basket. Then, suddenly, an unfamiliar and distant uproar startled everyone. This loud, screeching sound baffled all who were present on this overcast day......
