As I skim thru magazines, many of the advertisements has made a key concept that they have the solution to strengthening the body as well as the way to looking and feeling young. As a women hits middle age, the skeletal system starts to become less dense. Though it might seem unnoticeable, some chemical composition takes into effect, which will have an overall effect on strength. Many women know and neglect the fact that the structure of their body is on a rapid downhill spiral, yet many of them argue that they still feel capable of doing what they did fifteen to twenty years ago.
