Whenever I imagined a sunset, I always thought of clouds slowly changing color, winds blowing, the sun dropping inch by inch until all you could see was the light from so far away. Never did I think I would witness something so beautiful, so warm to my heart that I could feel a sense of happiness deep inside myself. Many people don't think anything of the sun parting away, to let the darkness of the night, and the shining of the moon emerge. A whole new perspective comes into place when you realize that it isn't a sight you get to see everyday. It brings a sense of relaxation, comfort and silence.
The window was blurred, unable to take a glimpse outside I decided to go see for myself. There was silence on the roads, the street lights were still on, the darkness had not yet parted away, and there was an absence of noise, usually I heard people singing, cars zooming, but this morning was different. The fog was so thick; I could barely look past the front porch. In a daze, I looked at my watch, bringing forward my arm that wobbled down my side. The clock said it was four thirt......
