We should be spending money on space science and technology. It helped us to improve our communication with the rest of the world. Once it took many days for news to travel from one part of the world to the other part of the world.An artificial satellite used to aid telecommunications, as by reflecting or relaying a radio signal is a boon to us. Now that we have satellites it takes only a few seconds for news to travel from one corner to other . Space technology has also given us micro chips which are now in many products.
Space is the thing of the future and it's very important to study. If the Earth gets overpopulated, we could start a
new colony on the moon or on Mars. It would be just like the English colonising Australia.
We should keep spending money on the space program(s) as we might find life on other planets.
And who knows, we might contact super beings that can tell us enough to get us anywhere in the universe alive!
