Dear diary,
My life has changed so much in the past few weeks as my husband and I have done terrible things. Macbeth was going to be king, and we wanted it so much that we murdered King Duncan in order to have Macbeth gain that position quicker.
I have been traumatized from the killing, I keep washing my hands from the event. I believe that the blood is still on my hands, and no matter what they'll never go away. Macbeth has become unusual too, he's been acting very strange and all of this has gotten to him very thoroughly.
We invited Banquo to dinner and he accepted. Macbeth was afraid of Banquo because he had a king's character. Macbeth decides to challenge his fate by giving his soul to prevent anyone taking his position as king. He then planned two murderers to kill Banquo, and they succeeded.
