CLASSICAL CONSERVATISM
Society has always and will always have different social groups. Society has a tendency to divide members of a society based on social and/or economic status.
Society looked at national and liberalism differently back in the 1800's. Nationalism was and is based on the relative nontraditional concept that a country is composed of people who are conjoined together by the bonds of a customary language, as well as accepted customs, culture, and history, because of those bonds, society should be dispensed by the same government.
Nationalism is not necessarily connected to liberalism. Many views were directly averse to liberal political values. Nationalists might try to obtain political autonomy for their own ethnic group. Nonetheless, they were often compatible.
Conservatism maintaining itÂ’s traditional value was an eloquent prospect and position of collaborating institutions was as new a characteristic on the political horizon as nationalism and liberalism.
