When people go to see a movie they usually watch it for the entertainment and thrill of it, but when you watch a movie from a psychological perspective you get a deeper understanding and appreciation for it. The movie Batman Begins is about a character, Bruce Wayne, that goes through many psychological changes during a journey to bring justice to Gotham city. The movie equally values the out come as well as the process on getting there. When analyzing the character in a psychological point of view, noticing his motives, priorities, epiphanies, and the process he took to become who he is you can easily relate to the character and understand the reasons for his actions.
The character in the movie, Bruce Wayne, is intrinsically motivated, meaning that the things that motivate him are what is inside of him, how he feels, and doesnt look to benefit from what he does.
